Price is good but it makes a humming sound, so if close to the wall to your house from garage, you may hear it. Otherwise, it works well.

This pump works great and was easy to install. You can set a timer for times of day you will need hot water or just let it run continuously. I have it set for morning and evening hours and I have hot water in a matter of seconds.

At the time of writing this review, this water circulation pump costs $133.99. There is currently a coupon available for $10 off, for a total discounted price of $123.99.I had a coworker tell me that he had one of these installed and, to think of it logically, that it's a smart way to heat the whole house a little more during the winter, while ensuring that the pipes don't freeze. Both the water and the furnace use the same natural gas source, so there's technically zero energy waste. This is an added benefit to the primary reason to install this - hot water on demand. This is such a clever system. However, be aware that it takes some expertise and trade/plumbing knowledge to install correctly. This is not an easy or quick system to install and you may need to pull permits to install this in your region. Check with your local laws.Installation took around 4 hours total, not including the two trips to the hardware store to ensure I was buying the right parts. This was also with the help of a master plumber over text. The unit is small, powerful and quiet. It operates at just a little over a whisper in volume. An inline wattage meter shows it draws around 101 watts on average. This is around an extra 10 cents a day in energy to operate the pump every day, on top of the extra fuel used to run the water tank more often. But as I said, this energy is transferred as heat into the house and helps evenly heat the house and the walls more.I really like this water pump system. I noticed a huge difference immediately after install. One added benefit is not having to run the water to heat up the dishwasher anymore for the first cycle, also saving time from not using electric heat.Highly recommended system. This does not include all parts, such as the thermostatic valves, which almost doubles the cost of this unit. However, for just the pump alone this a decent price.5/5 stars.

This is a very well made pump. It is almost all metal construction. The parts that contact water are stainless steel. The pump has a timer on the side under a clear cover that lets you set a schedule for when the pump should run which is a great feature if using the pump for hot water circulation. The pump is 100 watts power draw and produces 10 gallons per minute.
