The first time we used this tool, it worked FANTASTIC! The next time we used it, it was on a super rusty, 20 year old Taurus and the black C-shaped bar broke. I contacted the company, included a picture, and within a week, I had a brand new one at my shop. Thanks for the excellent customer service and speedy response!
