Fit perfectly on my 2007 Mustang auto, and even included a new pan gasket, should it be needed. Note that in some Ford applications, the stock gasket is actually reusable. I'd recommend checking, because if your stock gasket is of the stiff metallic variety and you can reuse it, re-installation of the pan with the original gasket will be a bit easier than trying to use the rubber gasket included in this kit. You'll see what I mean when you are trying to align the pan back on the transmission housing.That said, it was still a nice touch to include a new pan gasket with the filter.

Took the original filter out & put the Wix in with no problems. Good quality, respected name can't go wrong with Wix.
