These pants are very comfortable and the length was perfect. I would say order one size up as they are a little tight in the hip area but fit otherwise. They are true to color, I picked the chocolate brown color. The pants are sturdy and I don't feel like the seems are going to bust when I bend down.

Very comfy however really not that petite. When you roll them up they are still to long for a petite 5ft female like myself. Cuffs are to thick. Might try the Bermuda version to get right height for a Capri for me

The eternal search for the multi-functional, wear-everywhere-do-anything summer pants is now over. I have found them. First, I am a young 40 year old, so anyone reading this under senior citizen status, don't be put off by the brand. This brand has ah-mazing clothes, you just have to dig through a bit.These pants are incredible. They fit well, and if you wash them on cold, let them hang dry, they are good as new, never shrink. They fit true to size, and are incredibly comfortable because of the generous "give" in the thighs and down the legs. The elastic waist might be off-putting to you, but just wear something to cleverly camoflague it if you are that concerned -- I really am not because I could care less what people think, so long as I feel good -- I think if you exude confidence, no one is looking at your elastic waist and thinking "OMG she is wearing ELASTIC?! --fake fainting episode--." You can wear these pants without rolling the legs up, but at 5'8", I find they make a very odd looking tapered leg, so I keep them rolled up. That said, I can dress them up, dress them down, and they are also the perfect pants for work at home days, quick runs to town, dog walking, and anytime I leave the house, really, because they look more put together than sweatpants and yet I don't have to spend hours getting ready.GET A PAIR. Or better yet... buy two. One for you and one for your friend who also cares more about comfort than being fashion forward. We all have that friend. That's why they're your friend.

These pants are big! However the measurements of the waist, length etc on the size chart, are accurate. What makes these pants fit big, is the cut of the material. I ordered a size down based on reviews I read and the waist & length fit great, but the crotch area, Butt area and thigh area is extremely loose and has a very puffy look (which is extremely unflattering). The material and look of these pants are great, its just that they are baggy in all of the wrong places. I ordered my size based on measurements I took of my self, then went down ONE accounting for reviews. I am going to return and size down again, but the only reason I’m doing that is because I purchased these with a gift card so why not. I would go with these if you aren’t pressed to get them fast and have some patience for returns. The seller has interacted with reviews saying the measurements are correct and they are, but again the looseness is in odd places and these pants just are NOT true to size. In addition shipping takes awhile. From my order time to receiving was about 8 days. And in addition to that it says the refund will be placed back to my card approx. 3 business days after return was received, so overall this is a very slow moving company. The only time I will order in the future is if I see something I really really love and even then it’s an order with a high chance of return. I’m ordering again because eventually a size of these pants will work and I believe they will be GREAT, but again if you can’t do that this company isn’t for you.

update: neither Amazon nor the seller would issue a refund to me. They fell apart with holes and ripping seams the third time i wore them to the office....the reason i was denied was because i waited for just over the 30 day limit.... i feel let down by both. PLease do not buy these pants and do not buy from this company because they do not care about the consumer, the product and their service is terrible. Sadly these cannot be worn and have to go in the bin. I am seriously considering never buying from Amazon again. Woman within usually have good clothes but this item was abominable.I am disappointed at the quality of the stitching because most Woman Within clothes are very well made. I wore these to the office today.....I wear them gently..... and someone asked me why my pants were split down the side from the waistband to the hip showing my underwear! I bought these just over 30 days ago so I cannot return them...anyway they are worn, although not yet washed. I asked the seller if a replacement was available under a quality guarantee. The woman within website rather than the Amazon, has better return conditions. Lovely pants but this disappointed me. update...three times woman within have refused a refund and responsibility for selling me a 'lemon'. Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from this company again.
