I’m 5’2” and I weight 140 lbs. I bought the size M-L and it was a little baggy on me but fit fine. Once I put my cat in the pouch, the shirt stretched so far that my cat sagged all the way down to my knees and exposed my chest. I can’t walk normally while holding him. Because of how stretchy the material is, I doubt buying a size down will improve the issue much. I will most likely send this back since it clearly isn’t built to hold an adult sized cat. He isn’t even a large breed either, so there really shouldn’t be a weight problem, but there is. I feel nervous that if I do decide to keep this and wear it often, the seams on the top corners of the pouch are going rip and possibly the bottom sends off the sleeves could to rip. My suggestion is to pay attention to the fabric type when you’re shopping for these cat pouch tops to make sure that it isn’t a super stretchy fabric like this one.
