I purchased this in a size L to wear as a nightgown, this way it is loose enough to be worn in bed w/o being binding - to wear as a snug-fitting bra slip I would buy an S, to wear as a slip w/a bra underneath I would buy an M - my measurements are petite, 34 - 24 - 34, approx. the same as they've always been, even after having children.I will be ordering more of these 'nightgowns'. they are the most comfortable ones I've ever had.They are made of a fabric too fragile for washing machines so will be hand-rinsed using borax, a non-chemical, natural cleaner that's more effective than baking soda. After rinsing, squeeze gently, then roll up in a towel to remove excess water - lay flat to dry so the spandex in the fabric won't stretch out. I wash all of my finer-fabric clothing this way & they stay looking new far longer than if washed in a machine.

I needed something to go under a rather sheer dress and this was the perfect solution. I was a bit leery that it would be too hot & sticky feeling in the summer heat, but that was not the case. Super cool, comfortable and soft! I think I may just order another now.

I wanted more of a silky fabric to avoid the fabrics sticking together, but couldn't find anything at a reasonable price. This is like a jersey knit fabric, but surprisingly I don't have any issues with fabric cling, so ultimately it turned out fine. My only complaint is that it is too long, but that seems to be the standard. I'm currently about a size 10 and got a large; it's not oversized but it is a bit loose, which I wanted.

I bought this to wear under a see through summer dress but its a little big and bunches under the dress and also sticks out over the top of the back. I would suggest sizing down if you wear it under a tighter dress. Not quite what i expected, but I can probably use it for another dress.
