I bought these for mainly for my thigh-high winter socks because I was afraid they might fall down under my jeans and/or slacks and I also wear them (the heavy socks) with shorts also. They are very comfortable as you can adjust them to the best fit and you can even fold the very edge of the sock over them so that they are not visible - if you wish to do so, but they look very simple and really don't need to be hidden at all. They don't show through my clothing, either. I wear them with the clasp on the front of my leg. If you're skin bulges over the top, then you have them on too tight. I consider this a very good purchase.

I wasn't sure when I ordered these if they would adjust to fit my thighs and they do with about 2 inches left to adjust bigger to. They stayed out good as well. I would highly suggest!

I am a wedding videographer and I like to mic the bride and groom but I always want them to be hidden during the ceremony. These are perfect because I can put them on the brides thigh or calf and it's so easy to get the perfect fit. My audio recorder fits perfectly snug and I never worry about it falling down the aisle like ones I purchased in the past.
