Love Love Love it❣️...heavy feel great on long warm over sized hood a plus with deep pockets if have a wide back u might have to go up a size because it's a little snug and arm length could be a little longer... but I felt like I was cuddled in this parka fur...others were talking about the hooks not staying fasten that's because u have to bend them in to adjust for closure for u.. overall I was very satisfied

The coat is absolutely beautiful. Loved it. I ordered up one size and got a 3x. However, when it finally arrived a whole month later, I could barely get it on. I had at least 4 inches of space between the zippers. I'm sick to death of amazon selling products that originate from Asia and not warning the customers, wasting our time and tying up our money. Couldn't even tell by the name of the company that it was going to be size very small. I'm very disappointed in amazon.if I could give a zero rating, I would.
