Easy to put together but the white paint chips off when you assemble! Thats a huge flaw in my book because it makes it look used and damaged before you can even get on the machine to use it!

I was looking at those plastic palates boards and thinking they were way overpriced. So I looked on Amazon and found this, with a much better construction, for the same price. This one is worth the money. I’m having fun with it. I quickly decided I needed a pillow on the top to help my arms when I’m leaning on the handle bars and to help my mid section when I’m doing those sit ups for my back muscles.I have osteoarthritis and was concerned my knees wouldn’t like the knee rest area. My knees have been fine with it. I haven’t figured out how they do the side knee thing on the app but I’m doing well with it even if I don’t learn that.The app isn’t great. I would like them to have quick videos explaining each exercise. Instead they have 3 full fitness routines. You have to watch them to see the exercises.Oh, and after it’s made it’s real easy to drag around the floor so you can always face the TV. 😊

This is a great machine. Was not hard to assemble. Definitely works the abs and other areas it is designed for. Size is not a problem it folds up for storage and the quality is good. Glad I purchased this.

I would love to give this a 5 star rating because it's so useful & diverse & easy to use, according to the description.THIS IS A LIE!This is a device that's supposed to be USED in various positions & one would assume you reconfigure the machine with a few simple steps from one mode to another. NO! It's not clear.Also - HOW is this supposed to be used? THERE IS NO USER GUIDE. Wonder Core/Amazon ALexa promised that "there's a GREAT app" to show you - but WHERE IS IT? Without the instructions for the device AND instructions for workouts - this is just an expensive DOOR STOP.I really would like to talk w/someone about this but the WONDER CORE people are no help.

I absolutely love this machine! And for the price?? It is awesome. Awesome. Awesome. I had an Aabco two years ago, but when I moved, it got left behind unfortunately all searching for the coaster. I found this. It’s not only less expensive. It works just as well. If you like working out and you like working on your abs, I recommend this highly.

Consegnato nel tempo stabilito, corriere davvero molto gentile e disponibile mi ha evitato di fare 5 piani di scale con la scatola che è abbastanza ingombrante e pesantina per me, l'imballo perfetto e le parti all'interno ben protette, già tutto questo merita un applauso!Facile da assemblare a prova di imbranati come me anche se devo ancora capire se il sedile girevole si riesce a bloccare in qualche modo e se si come 🙈La struttura è ben fatta, molto robusta ❤️ed era una delle mie preoccupazioni maggiori.Le molle sono resistenti, speriamo lo rimangano nel tempo.Provato immediatamente un po' tutto ed è fantastico!Gli addominali si sentono lavorare bene ed aiuta davvero ad avere la postura corretta durante il workout.Sono davvero soddisfatta.Se proprio proprio devo fare una critica migliorativa, ecco: se lo schienale fosse un po' più lungo e permettesse di appoggiare anche la testa sarebbe il massimo!Per i risultati ovviamente dipende tutto dal mio impegno e la mia costanza nel tempo, ma sono fiduciosa perché si fa meno fatica rispetto a quelli a terra ed è anche divertente sentire la resistenza mentre si usa.Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi come me ha poco tempo a disposizione e non ha un orario fisso per un abbonamento in palestra. Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig und im Original Karton verpackt. Die Aufbauanleitung ist übersichtlich und gut verständlich. Das Gerät selbst ist stabil und bietet viele Möglichkeiten des Trainings. Für Fortgeschrittene sind die Wiederstände vielleicht zu wenig. Ich bin Einsteiger und nutze es für medizinische Zwecke für meine schlechte Rückenmuskulatur .
