After a day of use at a local theme park. My initial impression is that the wagon is well built. The tires run smoothly even on uneven terrain and grass, turning and controlling the wagon also smooth but there are many design flaws. First the handle is too low, if you are taller than 5’5” I suggest you get their Luxe or Elite which is supposed to be taller (pls. verify). I am 5’7” and it felt the handle for the W2M was too low, my back felt it right away. Second issue is missing cup holder. It’s not a deal breaker as you can purchase it aftermarket but for $400 that should have been standard. Third the canopy fabric design, doesn't take much to slide off the rivet, slight downward pressure and it slides right off. It is somewhat of an annoyance to keep readjusting the canopy to prevent it from coming lose. Lastly, because of the handle being a little short, your body stay very close to the wagon and many times I have accidentally stepped on the rear brakes foot handle.

I love this wagon, we just took on our first trip my daughter is 6 and has Autism and likes to have a space for her to go to, she is to tall for normal carage so I wanted to try this. She sits in it even in the house, we used at the beach the dr office when she was upset with the nurse she felt safe in her wagon. It folds nice , the only complaint I have so far is the strap in the center to pull to close keeps slipping under so I have to find a way to keep that visible so easy to close, I did purchase the travel bag on website so airplane crew would not ruin wagon it was great and no scratches or issues when I opened.
