This isn’t a roller in the sense of a traditional rolling pin of course, but it is a great way to shape dumpling wrappers. I’ve always found them to fiddle when using a standard rolling pin and shaped them by hand instead. This set does much better to quickly abd consistently shape the dough once you get the hang of it.

Nice little tool for my dumplings, need a little flour so as not to stick, but that should be ok. Now for the folding....

Works perfectly! What a time saver. Made dough for perogies and then divided dough to size I needed. Then just rolled them out with this one by one and let me say the process was so fast! It took a little trial and error to get the pressure and the roll right but once you get it, it's a breeze. So simple yet so valuable! The wood is sanded smooth and had no splintering.
