It works but the consistency of this putty is like slime so it makes it harder to manage.I’ve worked with others that are more manageable., not sticky.

Another reviewer mentioned this goes on silky smooth. This is exactly right. This filler looks very much like shiny, smooth peanut butter. I have used this a couple times now and both were positive experiences. This whole package is designed well. The included putty knife is the right size & feel for applying the putty. The container itself is designed well as well. Care is taken to make sure this filler will last. One note, gray colored filler goes on as a very dark gray.

This is a good kit for some small, basic fixes. The tools are cheap, but so is the price, so for a couple small patch jobs this is a good option. If you have a lot to do, it's probably better to invest in real, metal tools.

My husband uses wood putty all of the time, and he loves using this pack as well. It is higher quality than most, it dries fairly quickly, it is easy to use filling in all of the places that it needs to go and such a useful product for the ingredients making it easier to use. It does great for my husband since he always seems like he is filling cracks and holes with wood putty and this is a severely high-quality one.

It's a little different than I'm used to as far as wood fillers go. This one goes on silky smooth, I'll give it that. But if you don't get it down right the first time, it can kinda clump up a little and it might take some time to smooth it back out. It dries fine and sands down smooth. I'd like to try it for larger repairs to see how it does with those, but don't have any larger repairs needed at the moment. I'll update when I do. I've also not had to reconstitute it yet and I'm not sure whether you can just add water to do that or not; I imagine you could, but not sure. That would be a ding against it if it didn't reconstitute well with water since it's water based. I'll update there too when I get to that point.

This white is awesome! It comes in adouble resealable container and is extremely easy to work with! Perfect with my almost white woodwork & cabinets.

This is a good little repair kit, I actually used it to repair a few dents in my hardwood floor and the results are very good.You get everything you need for a basic repair - just make sure that you buy the right colour for your needs.

Quick Review:Very simple to use...just like a drywall putty.Clean the area...apply with the provided putty knife...allow to dry & sand lightly.You can mix a pigment in before application if you wish...I just use a paint pen and color it in after it's sanded.
