These sturdy houses are easy to paint and add decorations. I do wish they came with more than one remote because I would like to gift them. Regardless, the light is easy to remove to turn it on and off manually.

Love these little houses. Perfect little addition to my Christmas decor that doesn’t break the bank. Everything is included except batteries and the wood is thick so should last many Christmas’s to come and the little remote to turn them off and on is a great addition.

Houses are cute BUT 2 of the candles do not work, and the remote does not work. So out of the 4 houses, only 2 candles work and the remote to turn on and off does not work.

This is my second purchase of these beauties. They are made of wood and of good size and quality. You can make these up to your liking and is what I did. I have a lovely, warm and inviting Christmas village that is the main topic of my decor. The second set will be made into a vintage gingerbread village. I just love these and I am so happy with this purchase. It comes with large tealight candles, batteries and a remote. Again, one of my best purchases ever. Thank you for my happiness.

I did not realize these are wooden. They are wooden pieces with prefabricated notches they have been put together and glued. You can see the dry glue of two of the buildings. The candles fit perfectly inside and the lighting effect is cool. The trees are shaped well and full. I gave it three stars because of the visible glue, which most people probably wouldn't notice. They would look a lot better if they were ceramic.
