Well, it took us over a year after we purchased it, to actually install it.Once we got it in place, we realized that we lost a piece, the overflow cover.We reached out to Woodbridge, and they kindly sent us the piece for free.We are very thankful because we were not able to find it at our hardware store.

Bought this tub few years back. It looks nice but after couple years drain broke and wont open. Took it apart and found they using steel linkage instead of stainless or nylon (for wet condition). Linkage rusted thru and broke. Called Woodbridge customer service and after 3 months of exchanging emails got final answer that they don't have replacement parts for it. As well tub has bubble air pump. Used to have Jacuzzi tub and those air bubbles are not even close to Jacuzzi, ended up not using this feature at all.

Redesigned our master bathroom and this tub complements our furnishings so well. Just the addition of it really creates more depth in the space. Have not used yet, but it’s very comfortable to sit in so looking forward to the first soak.

Ordered during my bathroom renovation and had Amazon deliver to my 2nd floor bathroom for $20 additional..so worth it! Bathtub is beautiful to look at and very comfortable to bathe in. Back slant is perfect for relaxing! I’m 5’8” and fit perfectly for lounging. I did not feel cramped and had a very relaxing bath. My contractor followed the instructions and had no problem installing the tub.

We have had this for six months but finally took it out of the box to mark the plumbing hole in our new house. I was fairly sure that it would be pretty flimsy for the price. To my surprise, it is very thick and substantial. Looks much nicer than the nice looking pictures show. Phew. I am soooo pleased. What a deal! I hope that I can say the same after it is installed, in another six months.

Beautiful tub, I did a lot of research before deciding on this one. Can't beat it for the price. Very good quality. Arrived boxed and well packaged. We are very happy with it. The raised back is nice for soaking. Easy to install.
