Plans incomplete, what you get is one large sheet of paper with instructions on one side and a drawing on other side. To big to get copied and no bill of materials. It is suggested you trace the pattern onto the wood with copy paper (no supplyed). The fan details are not detailed and the mounting of fan to shaft is not addressed at ALL. I hate giving it one star considering the price with postage. I've seen better plans in magazines. This is crude at best.
