I couldn’t ask for more for my father-in-law’s ashes. He was a large man, and this urn accommodated him perfectly, so the 250 lb weight limit seems to be a conservative estimate. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the Tree of Life design adds a meaningful touch. Being able to add a photo is a really nice touch, and I appreciate that the urn opens from the front where the photo goes, ensuring it closes securely. Sturdy, well-made, and a dignified resting place.

We all know it's an unpopular subject but there's just no avoiding it. When the time comes, if cremation is the choice, then this is worth having on hand. It's well-built, has a beautiful, decorative design with heart-felt commentary inscribed on top and even includes a photo display front. While the product page says it holds up to 250 pounds, I wouldn't personally want to test that claim.Don't wait until after the fact and have your loved ones at the mercy of a profit-hungry funeral director. Plan ahead and save big!

It is very pretty and fairly well made. However, the last word on the top is a typo. Some of the wood is a little rough. There is a nice window on the front for a 4 x 6 photo of your loved one. It states that it can hold the ashes of a 250 pound person. I got this through the Amazon Vine program. I will put my husband's ashes in it. If you don't mind the typo, it is a nice urn for the price. I got the urn that has the flowers on top.
