Grinding 101: A Guide to Using Your New Pepper Grinder
Don't Get Stuck: Simple Steps to Fix Your Clogged or Unscrewed Mechanism!
Disassemble
● To begin, turn the coarseness adjustment knob counter-clockwise until it is completely unscrewed.
Remove
● Next, remove the ceramic grinding burr, followed by the tension spring.
● Place all parts in a safe location.
Clean
● Clean parts and dislodge inside the recess of the grinder using a lightly damp cloth and a mini brush.
● Note - The grinder mechanism should never be submerged in water or rinsed, and no cleaning products should be used on the mechanism or its parts.
Reassemble
● Once all parts are dry, reassemble the grinder mechanism in reverse order, starting with the tension spring, then the ceramic grinding burr (ensuring the small end goes in first), and finally screwing the coarseness adjustment knob back on clockwise.

You can use the push button on the side for start/stop grinding or turn it upside down for continuous pepper…works great, great price.

There was no damage to the box I received, so I don't think there was a problem with the delivery.I don't know if it's a crack due to damage or a crack caused by dryness, but I'll return it because I don't want to interfere later when it was damaged.
