The letters came in a bag in a box. They had not protection and the box was oversized. the letters shifted around during shipment and were chipped and dented. The wood is very cheap particle board. i was expecting hardwood. Once it is chipped it just starts falling apart. :( We are just going to paint over them with a solid color.

I purchased this as a gift for a Rob Your Neighbor gift. I was glad to see it was a hot item and was stolen several times. To be honest, I don't know who took it home! It was a favorite!
