I purchased 2 of these. They look nice and seem well made. The back bar will not keep the back of a suitcase from hitting the wall if it is close to it. Would buy again if I ever need another one.

I bought this luggage rack because I hated that my husband packed for business trips on our bed. It is very nice looking so I don't mind if he comes home and leaves his luggage on top of it for a few days! We had family visit and they used it in the guest room. It folds and stores easily. Very happy with this purchase!

Sturdy, easy to fold, excellent color, holds a large suitcase without collapsing or wobbling around. The back bar doesn't do a whole lot, but does prevent our guests from ramming their suitcase into the wall. It looks flimsy, but it's held up pretty heavy suitcases without falling apart. It's a really easy low cost way to dress up your guest room while serving a good purpose! It's really great for when my aging parents come to visit since they don't have to stoop over get stuff out of a suitcase on the ground.

The dimensions given by Wooden Mallet are blatantly incorrect. The unit is only 24" H to the Wall Saver and only 20" H to the suitcase base. The 20" height is "Standard" for luggage racks so this is NOT a "High" rack.I mistakenly listened to the first answer to my question and ordered the rack before the next 3 answers came in and correctly listed the base height as 20". I won't be ordering from Wooden Mallet until they correct their VERY misleading advertising.

I bought a pair of these for my guest room and for my own use when packing for business or vacation. These are lightweight and sturdy. The color is a good match for my furniture, and I like the extra bar in the back that keeps the luggage in place and away from the wall. My parents and other guests won't need to stoop anymore to get into their bags.

The item arrived very quickly after ordering and there is no assembly required....open the box, open the rack and you are ready to use. It is very nice looking and of good quality. I thought the "wall saver" feature would prevent the lid of my luggage from hitting the wall when open but it does not. I guess the feature is to keep large luggage that might overhang the rack from hitting the wall. The feature is not well defined in the description. If you want to prevent the lid from hitting, this will not do it so save the added expense of the "wall saver". It is still well made and a nice looking rack. Not what I expected but I will still use it.

I bought this luggage rack to save my walls from getting scratched and dirty. It doesn't help with the problem. The back "bar" is too low for the suitcase. Even a normal carry on is too high. It looks good but comes up short on functionality.

We got 7 of these for our cabin as it has quite a few visitors. The construction is better than expected. We really like the mahogany and web color. The upright back keeps suitcases from marking walls (many do not have this feature) which is a big plus for our usage.Very good packaging and prompt shipping.Highly recommended
