I inherited two pair of antique eyeglasses that belonged to my dad’s great-grandfather (I think-I may be off a generation) along with a bunch of antique books. Nothing worth any money but cool, old things that I wanted to keep. One pair of glasses still had the original case, one pair did not. So I ordered this little holder to display the second pair. Looks great in the cabinet where we displayed all of this. Looks interesting without distracting from the glasses!

I thought this would be a wonderful addition to my still life props. It isn't. I can't get eyeglasses to sit straight as in the ad. There is a line of glue where the head attaches to the base. Overall it's not anything I can use. Disappointed. Those are the chances taken buying from an online photo.
