Screws are all loose,nothing fits. I have different screws at home,i had to fix this with other screws. Very frustrating

This was very easy to put together. The directions are clear and straightforward. This thing is solid! I have no fear stepping up on this stepstool, and I say that as a big girl with a severe fear of heights. (I know it's not that high, but I get nervous standing on just about anything that isn't solid ground.) It looks so pretty too. It looks high quality because it IS high quality. This is so much better than the old plastic one we used to have.

My toddler does great using this to reach the sink, it’s strong and a good size. It’s tall enough and she hasn’t slipped or had issues getting up

These steps are high quality material, pretty sturdy. I got them to help my cats get on the windowsill, since my windows are pretty high. Some of the screws were a little finicky, but it mostly worked out in the end

Very nice stepstool. Easy to put together and nicely finished. Very sturdy, I haven't had any problems with it tipping or rocking.
