My Davenport Department Store by Woodland Scenics is a great addition to my layout.I was disappointed that when it arrived two of the window inserts were out of place.I checked with a flashlight and they were inside the model.I initiated a return because the seller inflated the value by $56 on the customs form which forced me to pay higher taxes and fees. Also because the sellers return policy required the item to be unopened.I really wanted this on my layout and Amazon made right the extra duties and taxes I was charged so I cancelled the return and decided to fix it.The model has a large void in the bottom and the window insets have tabs on all four corners. I was able to glue them back into place. The lights worked and look good.Woodland Scenics makes great pre-lit structures. I have several and love them.

This is a fantastic model. It's very detailed and for someone who tries to build models but just doesn't have hand eye coordination, or probably more importantly the patience to make something this nice, this model is really worth the price. I've attached a picture of it on my train model - in progress. Cars weren't included but they are also Woodland Scenics cars.
