Don't buy this leadcore. It's not worth the price. They misrepresented what you get. I have been fishing leadcore for 30 years.

I purchased this line in the spring of 2016. I had three issues with this line. The first issue was that I discovered a malfunction with the outer braid that I didn't think much of at the time. A few days later the line parted at that point and I lost all of the terminal tackle. That is the first time that I had line break without being stressed in 50 years. Second issue is having pieces of lead come through the outer braid. The third issue is the line colors and patterns are very poor.

Breaks way before 27#. Couldn't come close to lifting a 25# weight. The line broke, not the knot.

I have just started using this line, but it has performed well the first few trips. It drops quickly and the depth is what I have been used to on the lines I have used in the past.
