These tool holder do a good job of organizing plies of different types. My issue came up when I found the height to be an issue in my tool box. I had dedicated several shallow drawers to the pliers only to have to give up a deep drawer as the height of the holder exceeds my previous drawer height.The tool magnets do hold the pliers in place and the rubber feet( not magnetic) don't slide but I have liners in the drawers too.Overall I'm happy with the holders, just not 5 stars happy.
