Overall a good product is does have pretty good stability you just kind of have to learn to trust it and adjust. The price of $30 does feel a little steep but in this economy to be expected and it does work so I cannot really complain. The grip is pretty solid and I am not the smallest so it does cave a little bit but it has been super helpful overall with reaching different muscle groups. Overall I like this for my home gym.

Works like it should. Nice sized blocks and easy to stand on and work out with. Slip resistance and good size which makes it comfortable to use. Good value and product. Should last a long time and is also very sturdy while being lightweight. Good product!

I only use these for body weight squats, or using dumbells. I like these a lot and they help me focus my balance on my heels as I'm squatting.

I used these on my non-slip floor mat that I use most of my at home workout equipment on and they stayed in place.I wanted to take my squats and leg stretches to the next level and these certainly do the job. They are great balancing tools, not recommended to use them with squatting a weight bar as that adds an unsafe instability to the mix.

Great addition to my exercise routine to give me more angles to work from. They are bigger than I imagined, which is great, as they actually fit under my feet and are sturdy and hold up. I also got them to help adjust my hips when I am laying down, as it gives a nice lift and my hips often hurt in the past when working out because of an imbalance.

The only thing that would have improved the description would have been the hardness rating. Otherwise, what you see is what you get. I'm using them for something completely different than what they are advertised for, but it's sometimes hard to find eva foam is varying configurations, and this is exactly what I need. Previously I was buying yoga blocks and cutting them in the diagonal.

These desperately need some sort of non-slip material on the bottom. I used these for 4 sets to give them a real shot. They slipped and moved on every single set. I have no doubt I would be stress testing my safety arms if I kept using them.Assuming you can find a way to make these reliably stable and not move, the foam doesn’t hold up even just with my body weight and bar (about 250lbs). Once I got over 400lbs total, I was almost compressing these to the ground.Looks for safer and better options.

Calf on fire with this set of wedges. Solid and lightweight, came with a bag and resistance band. The anti-slip grip is really good too. good product at a bargain price that it is a great adition to my home gym.
