I immediately upgraded the ram to 32gb since I had it laying around. I also erased the drive and installed Windows 11 using a Rufus created USB stick. All that went smoothly. Windows update installed the correct drivers except for video. It was stuck at Microsoft Basic Video. I saw the same issue on a new 5800U PC, and knew to download the video drivers from AMD.Except no matter what version I installed I got an incompatible error!I did some more research and found AMD requires you to install OEM specific drivers for many laptops. Unfortunately there is nothing on the Wo-We website. No downloads.Ultimately I was able to force the latest AMD drivers to install by manually updating the Basic video and pointing it to the extracted driver folder from the failed install. I then selected the Mobile Vega 8 driver and it appears to work. A frustrating and time wasting experience finding all this out.Otherwise the system works fine and has none of the USB device limit problems that Intel systems have. The price is HALF what I paid for my 5800U system, and this Wo-We is the least expensive AMD computer on Amazon.Honestly if the video driver install workaround was documented I would have given 5 stars since this is such a good deal.UPDATE: I found compatible drivers from a competitor "BOSGAME". It's for their 3550U MiniPC. You want the "2_AMD_GFX" driver. Go into device manager, update the Microsoft Basic driver and pick the drivers folder from BOSGAME. I added a screenshot showing it installed.

Only one virus (in pagefile.sys), and works great. Just make sure you create yourself a boot USB drive and run the virus checker before using. I see others have had problems with the speaker port, I have not had problems. Very good computer for the $$$. I bought this for my mom, but am tempted to keep it myself and get her an even cheaper one. I used AVAST boot checker (quick and free). Just make sure you turn off fast boot in BIOS when you boot from USB first.

The device was packaged well, albeit minimal. Included is a 4-page instruction booklet explaining not much more than that it should be plugged into a HDMI display. I don't personally need more information, just something to be aware of. Also included are the power supply (which is an annoying wall-wart style) and a bag containing various screws and a bracket that isn't explained or identified in the manual.Windows 10 was preinstalled, but the Windows 11 free upgrade process went smoothly, taking maybe 2 hours. There is no obvious manufacturer-included bloatware. The only non-microsoft application I found pre-installed is the graphics driver control panel.I installed Doom (2016) as a test, and it became somewhat playable with Performance mode selected in the GPU settings, on Low, running at 720p.

This little mini PC is a fantastic little powerhouse compared to my N97 and 100 processor mini PCs, I really am impressed with the performance of this Ryzen CPU and integrated GPU, I end up putting this into constant use as a Project Zomboid Server for a large group of friends.Well I wasn't familiar with the manufacturer of the M.2 SSD or the SODIMM ram modules, I can't say I notice any difference in performance across similar devices with parts from more no manufacturers like Samsung and Corsair. What's nice is why I'm using this as a server, it does have the capability to actually run Project Zomboid to a decent extent, and I cannot test my changes internally before pushing them to the live server. You'll be happy to know that in the side you will find a SATA connector so you're able to use a SATA drive, which opens the door for a lot more expandability in the storage department. While you may be using SATA speeds, that perfectly fine.
