Received a shattered plate twice in a row - terrible product. Upon the second issue, I contacted the seller for a refund and received no response. Feels like a Mickey Mouse operation that also doesn’t understand how to properly protect glassware in shipment. Buyer beware.

Maintenant, trop compliqué de retourner les articles à Amazon. Il en coute presque aussi cher de retourner que de le jeter maintenant qu’il faut payer les retours. Très très déçu.
