Thought these items were a matched pair , but I had to modify the frame of the relay for the cap to be fully inserted . Also , the relay is bigger than the original , therefore the hold down wire/strap would not fit .

Most capacitors fit on the compressor but mine was a good foot away and under a metal box. Be sure to look before you thing it won't fit.This one fit fine but my compressor was dead. Nothing wrong with the product.I would buy again.

Cheap quality product. Capacitor did not fit in the relay even with force.

The price and speed of delivery was great. it would fit right onto my compressor great. But I have to return it because the wire terminals are a different plug in, and can only be used if I jerry rig the terminals and this would and could cause another problem later on. So opted, to ordered the Org.GE, part for more money.This one takes a couple days longer but the hook up will be right.Saved myself estimated $150.00

My refrigerator died and I lost all my food, especially when you stock up on food for stay-at-home times. Worst time to die. Looked on the internet to see if i could fix my fridge on my own and found that the cheapest try to fix was this little thing. When it came in, i quickly installed it and it worked perfectly. The compressor immediately started up and the freezer started to cool down. Only time can tell how long the part will last, but for the price...I would give this thing a try before I think to replace my fridge. A lot of things now days gets tossed before anyone thinks to fix it. Save the plant by fixing thing instead of wasting!

My refrigerator required an "HV control card" but I determined to replace this capacitor and start relay while I was replacing parts. My refrigerator is 10 years old so figured, why not? This was a significant reduced price and the reviews sounded good so I paid $16.59 for both parts that ranged between $70 and up to $110 elsewhere. The start relay is much bigger than what was in my refrigerator so I used just the capacitor. It worked fine, and so did the start relay but the safety wire that fits around both would not fit around both parts, so I just used the capacitor for now and will keep the start relay incase I have problems in the future.
