This was awesome this year for Christmas, helped a lot. Didn't really need scissors that I kept losing. The only issue is that it only fit certain size wrapping paper. This did not fit the extra large rolls. That is the ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars. I wish they made an expandable one.

You can only cut the paper once, straight down the tube. Yes that is probably the hard part if you don't have grid paper, however if the tube doesn't fit, or paper is somehow loose and not perfectly tight it won't work. If the paper is loose it cuts rigid.

I never used one of these before and it’s the first year to use one. I always had issues cutting with scissors and making uneven lines across my wrapping paper. This helped so much! The only bad thing I came across which wasn’t necessarily this cutters issue is I had a few rolls of wrapping paper to large to put the roll through

This wrapping paper cutter was a God send for me this year. For less then $10 it will save me so much time for years to come so I'd say it was more then worth the money. I always have a lot of gifts to wrap as mother/ grandmother and it takes me FOREVER. This year this tool helped me zoom through all my gift wrapping and I will never wrap without it again. This little product is very wide for different thickness of wrapping paper. the sharp part is at a safe angle so it's hard to hurt yourself. This is easier then scissors to use because you just put the paper roll inside the product, line up the sharp edge with paper edge, and slide it down the roll of paper to get a clean cut in seconds. Run to grab up this product.

It works but no better than the pencil size gift wrap cutters. Probably would not purchase again as it is somewhat awkward to use as compared to standard gift wrap cutters.
