A light polyester twill tape with a slight sheen, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for twill tape to reinforce a light fabric. It has a soft, smooth texture, and resembles ribbon, which is well suited to making the personalized tags for my more delicate stuffed toys and crafts. I would purchase this again, but likely in the larger size.

Twill tape is a bit hard to review- it is what it is. However, this item was received on time, and the quality is fine.
