I installed this alarm on both my wife and my e-Bikes. Have a chain lock and with the alarm it’s further deterrent to thieves. Only issue is if you have it armed on a bike rack with other bikes and traffic the alarm will sound and aggravate everyone around it.

These were easy to install but didn't always go off when we hit the button. Maybe 93% of the time they worked but the button was pushed but the sound didn't go off. We bought these to scare away starlings from the suet feeders and to encourage them to eat from other provided feeders. They did work but not perfectly so one star was removed.

Obviously the directions were written by someone whose first language was not English. I have no idea if I have set the alarm or not. I have read and re-read the instructions and they are “clear as mud.”

I have these on my kayaks and snowblower as well as our bikes. located under the seat allows a loud alarm with no obstructions. Seven levels of sensitivity ensure they do not go off in the wind. The unit even has a noise detector and warns people with a short but loud beep to not keep going. Brilliant!
