I ordered and received this item in July 2019.The transmission I ordered it for was not installed until this week.This part set in it's original packaging until Wednesday of this week.When installed, the truck would not crank over and the overdrive light flashed.After diagnosing the issue, I went down to my local parts house, bought a replacement switch, and replace this faulty one. started first time and light is out.My situation is unusual, but the part was not used until this week, regardless of the purchase date.Thank you for reading ,Mike

Help out a lot on my 1993 f150 E4od and not let’s if shift great! Only thing I wish is if you wouldn’t have to redo the connector!
