These plugs are very useful and work well for what we needed. We have alot of Wyzes products and they are always high quaility and built to last. Very simple to set up with the app and very easy to use.

It’s a great timer to have especially when your away. Turn lights etc. on and off from your smart phone.

I am getting tired of every connected device having its own app. Sure, I know in most cases you can integrate your smart device with Google or Alexa, but in many cases the native app is better for setup/configuration/control. Since I already had other Wyze devices, I decided to give these a try for controlling some lights. The setup was easy. The smart plugs are nicely integrated in the Wyze app. The smart plugs work perfectly. I know there are a lot of smart plugs available that will work equally as well as these. But these sure are convenient for my situation.

Good value for the money.Anywhere in the world I can turn on and offI have them set up on timers and use them for heat lamps.Every once in awhile they glitxh and will not come on.A simple unplug and plug back in fixes the issues

I have several of these already and decided to use them for my Christmas indoor decoration lights in the windows of several rooms. One voice command and they all turn on! Works with Google but you need their app to install the plugs so there is one extra step to set up.

These would be great, in theory. A simple plug that you can turn on and off from your phone. These do not live up to that promise. They: randomly stop connecting to the Wi-Fi, and have to be reset and set up again; when you try to fix that issue by updating them they get halfway through the firmware update process, and then stop responding, totally bricked and never to be used again; and when linked to Google Home, which they are supposed to support, they randomly stop working until you remove them and relink them to Google.In reality they probably work > 90% of the time but for a device that should simply turn on or off a light via voice command that’s not good enough, spending 5, 10, 20 minutes troubleshooting them repeatedly makes them massively frustrating. Stay away.FWIW, I’m in a 600 square foot apartment with a brand new router, none of my other devices ever have issues.

I bought some Leviton smart outlet plugs and bought these as well. I used these during the Christmas season. Wreathes, Trees, Christmas Villages, Garland, etc. Integrate well with Alexa. "Alexa: Turn on Christmas lights." The Wyze app works well to turn them all on/off at once or individually (by name.) Of course Alexa will do that too. But-what I noticed was a wifi reliability issue. One or more plug would drop or lose wifi connectivity. What a pain. Lights would stay on when they were scheduled to turn off. Or they wouldn't turn on. I would have to reprogram them. Just a headache. Not sure if there will be a firmware update to address these issues. That would be great. As far as recommending these plugs - I'll say this, don't expect a perfect, trouble-free relationship. Just know that going in.

It’s very easy to install and use with Wyze app. Just make sure during install the plug uses the same wi-fi network as Wyze app. This is likely not an issue for most people but I have several wireless networks at home and my initial setup kept failing with cannot connect to wi-fi error message. I double checked wi-fi password, etc. several times then realized I have Wyze app on a separate special wireless network. After I selected the correct network, everything went smoothly and quickly. I think Wyze should warn users when device selected a different network.

I initially found the Wyze plugs at that orange hardware store. I knew I had to have more! This Four-Pack is a bargain! We have a detached garage some distance from the home and never found a good solution for controlling the lights from the house. Apart from trenching the two buildings and running underground conduit the Wyze plug fit the bill as an effective solution! This product is not rated for outdoor use but Wyze does have outdoor plugs. We installed a low watt super bright LED motion sensor flood light on the out side and have it run it an outlet on the inside and it works perfectly! Wyze app has rules that you can set to your geographic location automatically to turn the light on at sunset and off at sunrise and even voice activated via your Amazon Alexa, or you cellphone Alexa app, or your Wyze app! You can even check the device status while you are away from your home! We even use Wyze plugs for fish tank lights!

Me gustó mucho el producto, lástima que no he podido programar los horarios de encendido. El tamaño es muy bueno ya que te deja espacio para el otro enchufe. Probé otra marca "redonda NO RECOMENDABLE". Comprare más productos WYZE¡. MUY BUENO Y PRÁCTICOS, SIN FALLAS. PAQUETE A TIEMPO Y BIEN PROTEGIDO

El modelo que recibí es la versión 2021. Comparado con la versión antigua estos se programan desde la aplicación de Wyze a través de Bluetooth, por lo que es necesario tener en el celular el Bluetooth activo y darle permiso a la aplicación de ubicación mientras se usa para que la programación fluya sin problema. Mientras se programa solo se introduce la red y clave de wifi y funcionan perfecto.
