product arrived with damaged/cracked plastic card holder. Also had a FO screw. I contacted WYZworks via email for a replacement. It was like pulling teeth. After numerous emails, they offered and I accepted a replacement. More "teeth pulling" emails to give them my address, rec'd email that item had shipped. After two weeks, hadn't rec'd, so emailed, again, asking where the product was. Return email:Hello,We were unable to send because the item was under manufacture investigation we are sorry, we can refund you or send it out please advise.We are sorry againAngel CastanedaSo I asked WTH does "manufacture investigation" mean, asked for a refund. It has been radio silence ever since.So I was strung along for weeks, have a faulty product, and weeks of frustrating/annoying emails. your results may vary.

Bought this for our Friday night card games. It stopped working after 3 months (12 game nights). Past the Amazon 30 day return period. Very disappointing.Update 1/24/2021 after reaching out to vendor they sent a replacement as it was covered by their 6 month warranty. That is good customer service!

Worked great in the beginning. Loved the ease of use. Then it started taking cards from one side only. I changed the batteries. It did great for 2 days then stopped shuffling completely. Now we have to push the cards on both sides into a downward tilt to get the machine to take them to be shuffled. It still beats hand shuffling, but I am disappointed. We paid 30.00 for this machine. It is suppose to shuffle up to 6 decks. We are only using 4 decks.The company shipped me a new one ASAP. Fantastic customer service.

I'm pretty sure these are all made in the same, single factory but I have used a 6 deck shuffler that my in-laws have and it looks exactly the same. However, theirs operates a little better than this one I just bought.However, they both have the same problem of the gears not being evenly keyed, as the feeder stack on the right goes faster than the feeder stack on the left. If we make even stacks and place them on the feeder spots, we always have to transfer a fair amount to the right side as it goes faster.But, as I was saying, this one we purchased also has issues that always result in cards falling internally beside the stack instead of just on top of the stack. And the clear holder always pops out once it clears the little holder tabs and makes for additional card jamming issues inside. If I hold the clear holder "in place" and let it continue to sink as cards stack up, it works better. So it's always a two-handed operation.Still, much better than doing it by hand. And certainly more consistently shuffled. Beats "52x6 Pick Up".

This is a good product and indeed shuffles your cards well. Never jammed or anything. It has a bit of noise to it but it’s not the end of the world. I can handle the noise. Very easy to use and doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. There is a smell to it after using it from the gears but it’s very minimal. Personally I don’t think it’s worth the 26 plus tax. Maybe price it down to $20 would be more appropriate. But overall it works really good and does what it’s designed for. A little noise and smell but all is good.

My wife wanted to learn to play blackjack so she could play in Vegas with her son, and she wanted the real, 6-deck experience. Shuffling 6 decks by hand is not something either of us was very excited about, so we invested in this shuffler, and I'm VERY glad we did.Up front, there is only one very small imperfection, and that's that if you're shuffling 6 decks, you have to hold the door closed for the last bit of the shuffle, or the decks fall out. Just a little bit, and not really a problem.The area on the top to hold unshuffled decks is plenty large enough for 3 decks on a side, no problem. The shuffle is quick and easy. Battery life seems fine; we've done dozens of 6-deck shuffles for a few months now and the equipment is still going strong.I like this shuffler; I'm glad I bought it, and would buy it again.

This shuffler works great! It is all plastic, so feels a little flimsy, but it isn't. The one suggestion above about "re-treading" the drive wheel may be useful in the future, but, so far, not any problem. It even did it perfectly with brand new, unused decks that are plastic coated and very slick.....very difficult to shuffle by hand. Don't know how this would hold up in a casino shuffling many hundreds of decks daily, but for home use it is highly recommended.

The card shuffler has some issues ut work fine while they are new. The reasonable price allows me to replace it regularly. We do have to buy new cards fairly often because the efficiency deteriorates when the cards get older. The bottom spring is the chamber that receives the cards soon becomes too weak.
