But this interview used when it arrived took my 40 evil batteries and it wouldn't work tried 24 volts and it would work but had no output voltage this item was returned and obviously not inspected before being shipped or being in the warehouse or something sending back hopefully get a timely refund

My setup currently consists of 4 12v deep cycles in series at 48V. I have had no issues powering my devices and the power output seems pretty consistent. Customer service has been great as well.

Plugged in a 12,000BTU Portable Air Conditioner (12amp@120v = 1,440 watts) and it FRIED the inverter.This inverter with 3000W / 6000W momentary overload should have been able to handle it.By fry - I mean the DC+/DC- terminals went to a permanent dead short (good thing I have circuit breaker on battery bank).So much over overload protection and $350 down the drain.Sorry to say - would not recommend this inverter

they dont auto reset so if your battery die it wont turn on again

THIS INVERTER FAILS AROUND 1200W. I WAS SURPRISED HOW LIGHT IT WAS WHEN I PICKED IT UP COMPARED TO OTHER 3000W INVERTERS I HAVE USED. I THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IT HAD A SMALLER TRANSFORMER BECAUSE IT IS. 48V TO 120 INSTEAD OF 12V TO 120. BUT IT FAILS AT LOADS OF 1200W PEICE OF JUNK.
