- The inside diameter is the size of the wheel hub on the vehicle you intend to fit the wheels too.

It's a hub centric ring. If you're buying it you should know what it's for. I needed this specific size for the aftermarket wheels I have on me vehicle, as you should with any aftermarket wheel you put on your vehicle.
