Didn't last a month and started crumbling

Save yourself the time and headache and just buy Whiteline bushings. These are terrible, and crumble after installation. The dimensions are good, but the quality of the polyurethane is subpar. Spend the extra $15 on Whiteline… buy once, cry once.
