This is a review for X Rubber Ice Skate Guard, Ice Skate Blade Cover, Adjustable, One Size Fits All, Ice Hockey Skate Accessories, 1 Pair of Adjustable Skate Guards for Ice Hockey or Figure SkatingI got these for my 9 years old nephew’s ice skates. These are adjustable, so they fit any size. However, I will cut them down for my nephew since they are a bit longer. He loves these so the other gear in his bag doesn’t get damage from the blades and he can also get dressed at home and walk into the rink easily.

These blade guards are adjustable to fit most hockey skates and some figure skates. The rubberized material makes it easy to walk with your skates on hard surfaces (but not ice). They offer great protection for your blades and reduce the amount of sharpening they'll requireUnlike some other guards they can be adjusted without tools by simply popping out the back section and snapping it into a different slot.The only issues you may have are these:If the front of the blade holder on tour hockey skates is wide, they may not fit well.For figure skates, you'll need to remove the back section to get them off the blades, but this is easy.As with almost all blade guards make sure your blades are dry before putting them on or the blades may get rusty.

These definitely work and in theory should grow with my child however, they are pretty large for a child's skate. They would definitely work for most adult sized skates, if the overage would bother you then this probably isn't the best choice but they meet our needs. I'm happy with these so far and don't have any complaints.

These are simple, easy to use and versatile. I was able to get them on both my husband's and my son's hockey skates. I will trim them shorter for my son's though.I got these to keep the blades sharp but mostly to prevent the blades from damaging other gear and the inside of the hockey bag over time.

I got these guards to use on my figure skates and they fit perfectly (my skates are a size 11 mens) and you can see that it just about fit right to the end of the blade. The guards fit over the toe picks, and are very tight - giving a stable feel when walking around the rink. The strap gives extra assurance that it wouldn't come off when walking around. I also like that the bottom of the guards have small holes so that if any moisture is left, when the guards go on, they can dry out as well. It is very well thought out, the construction is good, and it has a high-quality feel to it.

Good quality rubber skate guards. These are simply made and do what they're supposed to. Easy to cut to the right size and fits onto blade properly. Make sure you don't walk with these on as they will dull your blades.
