My current steam iron broke and needed new one on urgent basis for my daily use. I did some search and found most items offering similar features. This product seems new on Amazon and I went by their product description and few product pictures which matches to my experience. It is really a good product I found has fast heating with light weight and good ergonomic support. Everything describes is true per my experience.

I love the performance of this iron however it only has 1 major draw back and that is it is so black and dark I cannot SEE the water level to know when I need to add more water to keep producing steam! That part I DO NOT like however it does not affect the performance of the iron. I would have rather a lighter gray that matches the bottom of the iron for appearance sake to look through cause I tell you I cannot see the water level and I hate that! Still I gave it 5 ⭐️’s so for future reference please lighten the color of the water chamber so it can be easily viewed!
