Installing was not a problem on my 15 Sierra. Turned the lights on at the switch and they light up. As soon as you start the truck they won’t turn on even if you manually turn the lights on. Contacted the support and they asked for an order number and no response since. So now I have a dead set of lights and can’t even return them

They were easy to install but did not meet my expectations. LED period isn't for driving. I would go with HID's. These are ok, but I would rather spend the extra money for something better so I can see the road better.

Immediately upon opening the box its evident that quality control is not a manufacturing priority. When picking up one of the ballasts the black paint began to fall away exposIng the cheap zinc cast construction of the ballasts body. Simply passing one the included cable ties through one of the mounting holes in the ballasts caused this to occur as well. This was a further aggravation as the cable ties themselves were extremely cheap, over half of them snapped under very slight pressure or would not grip despite whichever orientation the cable tie end was inserted into the head. Then after installation the first lamp failed within 30 seconds of igniting, while the other had a constant flicker. Additionally the light seemed very blue, certainly not "Ultra White." At least Xentech accepted the return no problem minus a $5 'restocking' fee.

Kit stopped working after 2 months. Messaged company told them what happened no response after a month ended up having to buy the Morimotto brand which works perfectly

Good product but it doesn’t work on a 2015 GMC Sierra, the lights won’t work correctly they’ll come on every ones and a while. Just learned that they’re a can-bus type and you need a certain type of HID’s for them to work correctly.
