If anyone knows how these things work then you will understand my situation. The machine says to order but not replace the smart drum. So that is what I do. Then when it is time to replace the toner it does not work. I then have to spend even more money for someone to come service my machine. Then when I inquire about returning the product I am told that we are past the return period in one quick sentence and that is it.A complete fraud and complete waste of my time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THE TONER EXPERTS!
