The switch is advertised to be: On @145 off @ 175 switch with unloader (helps the motor start). Well the tag on the side says 70-200 psi I'm assuming that's the obtainable pressure setting range. My unit properly installed on my 80 gallon 175 psi max compressor ran up to 210 psi and blew the unloader valve out before shutting off.Other: the box had been opened, no paperwork or anything else inside. No marking on terminals for load or motor like most other wiring blocks. Very difficult terminal locations make this hard to wire with solid wire. The bleeder port is too small for standard .250 OD tubing and nearly impossible to use your existing tubing my main reason for not trying another one.I ordered a replacement one like it then decided to try a different model / brand I'll review that one as well.

Bought as a replacement for one of our customers, plastic parts internally broke in less than a day causing compressor to continue to run. Safty blow off activated, but compressor ran for hours this way because of this faulty switch.

Did not dislike. Broke just a sion as I turned the air pressure screw.Came apart and caused a electricalShort.Don't know why or what happened..Ran on time stopped at 60#tried to adjust for more pressure and wasn't able to use..VERY UPSET..
