At first, I liked it because it "worked". However, after 1 year, I became tired of reopening it manually because it eventually folds onto itself and closes a bit. I gave it away to my sister. Instead, I purchased another one by "Artebte" that no longer appears available on Amazon.ca at this moment now that I looked it up and the "Artebte" trash can stays open and never closes. This one from "XINLIYA" was a disappointment because it closes on itself (it's because of the creases). The "Artebte" that I still have in my current car does not close because the material is thicker and feels like a lunch box. This one in this review, the "XINLIYA", is thinner and has a crease that makes it fold onto itself over time.

I put a piece of cardboard in the bottom top keep it from folding. I do like the straps to hold a bag in place. Works well with typical grocery store bags. The stitching in one corner came loose, but the can was banged around a bit, so that could have been the reason

Adjustable strap for hanging bag is attached inside the bin on one side with Velcro.Container is water proof, and holds open shape as long as the bottom is not collapsed on itself.Once unpackaged, I strongly suggest that the bag is given atleast a week in a well ventilated area for degaussing.

I really like this trash receptacle for my new Honda CRV. Its got plenty of room for tissues and other light trash and it hangs off of the gear shift in the passenger seat area. It's black with a gray waterproof interior. Very handy and functional. Perfect size. I did look at the "clip on" trash receptacles but decided on this one and I'm glad I did. Highly recommend.

I ordered this waste bin for my 2024 Honda HRV. I got the smaller of the two bins because I usually do not have a lot of trash. I hung it from the back cover of my center console so it can be used by easily reaching back from the front seats or used by those who may be in the back. I only wish the handle was a few inches longer so that it could have sat on the floor in the middle backseat area.

I'm so glad I found this trash can. I just bought a 2017 Honda HRV and the trash can from my previous car had no place to be put in the HRV. The placement and attachment of this trash can works great for the HRV. It's easy for me to get to. Easy for everyone in the car to use. Doesn't take up much space and even looks tidy and nice. If the design fits for your car, go for it. I definitely recommend.

I rode with my sister in law recently, she had one of these trash cans - it was folded up and I asked what it was.....she told me - I loved it! I bought two - one for front seat and one for the backseat - draped over headrest. Grandchildren love it!
