You're going to have to drill one or the other hole on the front of the skid plate to fit the frame the one on the lower part of the skid plate fit fine other than that it looks good on the bike

The plate fit perfectly, seems well made and will offer good protection.Instead of adding a couple washers to keep the pate from making contact with the frame, why not just make the spacers a hair longer?

No instructions! Longer bolts and spacers go near the front of the bike. Set bolts in place sufficient to hold the plate on and then tightened them a little at a time until all were tight. Fits well! Bolts and washers aren't the best but they work ok!

Very happy with the product, solid and a perfect fit. 2 of the spacers had to be drilled out slightly for the bolts but that was no problem.
