2007 VT1100C. After receiving this item I discovered it’s not the right size. Way too wide for the sissy bar. Not to mention the bolt hole placement isn’t right. The problem seems to fall under if you have a stock sissy bar or aftermarket one. Honda has a solid welded sissy bar. Whereas aftermarket ones seem to come in two pieces which explains why the bolt hole placement didn’t seem to make sense until I really explored the problem.

No idea why this is advertised to fit a Honda Sabre 11000, it is wrong in every dimension. Nicely made, good quality BUT...

Decided to order this luggage rack for my 2001 Honda Shadow Spirit VT750DC despite reading some reviews that said it does not fit the Shadow Spirit. Installation was very easy. I put bolts in place thru the rack on one side then had to squeeze other side in some to get the bolts to grab on 2nd side. Tightened up each side evenly a little at a time and it squeezed both sides up against rails perfectly. Very nice looking and solid. Received order faster than expected. High quality from what I can tell so far and a great price.

I removed the sissy bar on the bike , so i wanted to cover the two posts that held the sissy bar in place. This luggage rack worked perfect. I'm waiting for my corbin custom seat that I ordered and then the bike will have a sleek bobber look with this old mustang seat replaced. The rack is made very sturdy and once installed, will hold a nice smaller sized bag. I tried to load a second picture of my bag but the site would only take one.

No dimensions on ad makes this purchase a shot in the dark. I had to make mods so it would fit my honda. Feels solid enough but finish is crap. Pitted and rust upon arrival and scratched up during install. It's cheap and it shows.

Was excited to get this but once I got it I found it to be covered in rust and the chrome plating bubbling, peeled and just a complete mess. Tried cleaning it up but it just revealed more damage. If I didn't need this for tomorrow I would be sending it right back.

After reading the description and reviews, it sounded like this luggage rack had a very good chance of fitting my 2005 Honda Shadow along with the sissy bar the bike came with. The sissy bar was attached inside the mounting brackets with four M6-1.0x20mm bolts and acorn nuts which were not long enough to add the luggage rack. As another reviewer suggested, I went to ACE Hardware where they stock chrome bolts and nuts, and bought 30mm bolts along with some washers to use as spacers. The luggage rack goes on the outside of the mounting brackets and was a little too wide, but tightening the bolts down closed up the gap and the result looks pretty clean. I haven't actually put a load on the rack yet, but it seems pretty sturdy. I'll update this once I have a chance to actually carry some luggage.

Fits my 2007 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 perfectly. It was a little too wide but it was easy to snug up for a proper fit. It’s a quality item, nice heavy steel, not alluminum. Mirror-like chrome job. I did expect the rack to be a bit larger, but it is actually the correct size to follow the lines of the taillight and fender perfectly.

Okay, so here's the deal. This luggage rack fit but only after some modifications. I have a 2002 Honda ACE 750 with the Honda sissy bar. This luggage rack was too wide and the mounting holes weren't large enough. I drilled the holes to make them larger and added 1/2" spaces between the luggage and the sissy bar mount. The modifications took about 5 minutes and I had to use longer bolts but I got those at Ace Hardware. I'm happy with the rack even after the modifications and install.
