Bulb fits as it should but takes about 10-15 minutes before you can really see station selected, very dark, for the price, it sucks

The new bulb does not work. The TV screen is going off for long periods of time and will come back on for only short periods of time. I have tried plugging it in again, and it still doesn't work.

It's a replacement projector lamp complete with housing. Not much more to say than that. When I got it, it was neatly packaged with no damage whatsoever. The product worked as intended. Needless to say, I feel like I really got my money's worth with this product.

Update: After not even one month of basic use, this bulb is already starting to fail. It's noticeably dimmer, and is now taking longer to warm up. When powering on, the screen will finally illuminate, only to return to black. Then, I'll have to wait while the bulb warms up again. This bulb is acting as if it's about to burn out. Needless to say, I would not recommend this lamp!I wanted this replacement lamp for my Sony Bravia KDS-50A3000. Thanks to the bulb already being inside the required housing, installation was very easy. So far, this lamp seems to have very good performance. Brightness is slightly dimmer than the lamp brand that I normally use, but I just manually increased it by a value of 10-15 in TV settings to compensate. Picture quality is fine after that. I can't comment on longevity just yet, as it's only been about two weeks. I'll be sure to update this review if I run into any issues. For now though, this is a solid replacement lamp that works like it should.

Lamp comes on and stays on for 5 minutes then goes dark and then comes back on and goes dar after 5 minues. This cycle happens over and over and over again. For the first month it was fine and now it is CRAP...DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT!!!

Installed this new lamp,lesson learned, don't buy anything but OEM. This lamp only lasted maybe a month.

Only time will tell how good this bulb is, so far it is performing as expected. If it lasts 3 or more years it will have been a good buy
