Great build quality, they feel really good in the hand. They worked great to replace a couple of broken cables at my church, and the sound quality was perfect with them. At this price point, I'm darn happy with them. I have more expensive cables that sound worse and have more interference.

This TWO-Pack of 50 ft XLR Cables by MIKIZ are a HUGE value for the cost.I put these cables through the wringer with a full battery of tests, and they passed every test with flying colors.I inspected every inch of length on both units, and found both to be flawlessly smooth. I plugged them in and cranked them up to "eleven" (for you Spinal Tap fans out there), then I tapped (pun intended) on the wires in multiple places with various items to see if there was any "bleed" in the cables. Anyone who has been around cables for any length of time knows that some of them act like microphones if the cable itself is cheap and poorly shielded. These cables, however, made ZERO noise.The XLR connectors are solidly built and fit snugly when connected, and each end is protected from wire stress by sturdy rubber shrouds. Most importantly, the SOUND they transmit is impeccable, whether used for microphone audio, or as instrument connectors.I tried very hard to find anything to complain about regarding these cables because the price per unit gives the impression that they might be cheaply made, but I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to discover that they are actually VERY good cables. At 50 feet in length, the value is unparalleled, and they will suffice for all manner of applications.A very strong five stars!VERY highly recommended!

Good for audio recording and live events like interviews or guest speakers. I haven't used them in any sort of live music or music recording scenario so I'm not informed if that's what you're looking to get these for. I will say that mind how you wrap these and keep it consistent. I've noticed with my second pack, that the sound was spotty and the only difference between that cable and the rest is that it was being wrapped and stored differently by each user while the others followed a basic overhand cable wrapping method - accustomed to what you'd find a grip truck for filmmaking. So, keep that in mind if you are looking to get these cables.

I've used these for a few mobile DJ gigs. I do small to medium sized gigs. These are 24AWG so I wouldn't recommend these for heavy usage at all. If you work huge venues then you shouldn't get these. For me though, I wrap my cords up after every gig and put them in a gig bag so there's not much abuse going on. Of course, I try not to put cords where there's heavy traffic too. (That's the only way I can see these cords going out; is if dozens of people are stepping on them for hours lol.) Otherwise, these cords will do for average usage and if you take care of them. They feel well-built and not cheap too.I end up losing power and audio cords gradually after a year and a half or so. It just happens to working DJs and musicians, and we have to deal with it. The price is pretty good on these so this is the price range I am used to since I end up having to replace cables often enough to not want to invest in super-high quality ones. I'd rather invest in good speakers and other DJ gear.For my situation, these get a thumbs up! Happy to recommend these for average usage!
