Performs as advertised. I spread this using a Scott's calibrated spReader, but the spreader was old and did not broadcast properly or evenly. Thus,I have great growth in some areas and nothing to show in other areas of my yard. I will be reapplying the seed to the sparse areas using a new spreader. An April drought in the Southeast has kept me watering the new growth almost daily, but the x-Seed product does work when (pretty easy) instructions are followed.

Tried it in the area intended three different times, and still have not had new grass growing. Prepped the area, watered the area, and nothing.
