Suit itself worked great. However, on my 4th wear, the seam separated/ripped (about 4 inches long) as I was putting it on. I watched Xterra's video several times, and I think I was following the company's instructions carefully.I contacted Xterra. The response was that I used too much force. My triathlon coach thinks that there is a manufacturing defect with suit. Xterra will not replace the suit. Poor customer service, in my opinion.

This wetsuit is crazy. A bit tight, but no water gets through it. I feel like a dolphin in this thing. Hehe

I typically wear a Medium Long in a wetsuit. My height and weight correlate to a Medium Long on the sizing chart. Even after following the soaking directions, this suit was impossibly tight. When I tried to execute an exchange, Xterra's customer service wasn't able to complete. I don't recommend purchasing if you're looking for a good customer experience.

I bought this wetsuit for a triathlon and figured I’d spend a little more money for a higher quality wetsuit. It fit well and helped on the swim but the joy didn’t last. In less than a month, the third or fourth time putting it on, the seam ripped. I figured the “1 year Warranty” would cover a faulty sewn seam like it says in the description, but once again, I was wrong. I contacted customer service with pictures and descriptions hoping they would fix the problem. A week later, they informed me it was my problem to deal with and there was nothing they would do about it. I would not recommend this wetsuit for the price. The quality and customer service is very lacking.

I've done 3 triathlons in this suit and still holding up well. A little more restricted in the shoulders than I thought but still good. Customer service on the other hand is absolutely terrible. Returned a suit as told by customer service and ordered another one in the correct size. No word on my return so I contacted customer service and was told it was damaged and I could only get a partial refund or store credit or have the item shipped back to me. Opted for the store credit. Haven't received anything. Have made a number of attempts but The company won't reply back to me . They took money and my suit and left me with nothing.

Zippers are not covered under warranty. Xterra has horrible customer service. Lots of other better options.
