DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You can't buy arrows for the crossbow anywhere. Sent 5 emails to the place for Questions,Problems,and Missing Parts. customer@xtremepowerusa.com. Can't help told me to search the web google it . I tried everything I can think of. You would think that a company that sells a product you should be able to get parts like arrows. I didn't buy this crossbow to hang on the wall and look at it.

I like the fact that it's well built ,shoots very accurate steel balls, the bolts that came with it don't necessarily fit so I had to modify and maybe contact the company and find out why they don't slide in as advertised ,but it's a minimal thing that could be addressed so I still love the product

It's a cool looking crossbow, but the arrows need to be featherless and the bullet ammo isn't compatible with other bb guns. So you will be buying specific ammo for a medium range crossbow.It comes with a neat bag, tho.

Sent a message to maybe get it resolved but they offered no suggestion. I even bought a new battery thinking maybe that was the problem but it was not. Pointer still not working

We liked that it could shoot arrows and pellets but we didn’t like that you are limited to the type of arrows you can use

It's not built for taking down polar bears or a charging rhino but its well designed and built and could be used quite effectively on small game. It even came with a fish spear and 2 bolts (Featherless crossbow arrows)Mine came with a scratch down the side so check carefully if cosmetic issues are a problem for you.Considering the tension in the strings and the power it has, I expected a lot more distance with ball bearings before accuracy drops off. I've only had it a day so I will tinker with it and see if it improves or gets worse. Denser ammo might be the answer.

This thing is fun! Excellent for target practice, but even funner to shoot those steel bb’s! I mean I can go all day just shooting the steel bb’s alone! Easy to load and the cable is surprisingly easy to pull into locking position. The laser is nearly perfectly sighted out of the box and the scope sights easily. I wouldn’t buy the bolts that are recommended as (frequently bought together) by Amazon because they don’t fit, they are actually for the crossbow hand gun style.

I bought this and had no idea id have more fun just handling it than anything. The scope and attached Laser helps aiming. There is also a 3 mode flashlight which makes every part of using this just that much easier.I Sat there going over and over if I should get this, its worth the money. NOT TO PLAY WITH AS A TOY. But it comes with a carry case and everything needed. If anyone has any questions i can update and post as needed while i learn my way around it a bit more. 5 Stars (1/25/19)
